Terms of Service
By using Britemy services, you agree to the following terms. We keep it concise and honest.
The service
Britemy provides private English tutoring with a one tutor one student model, online or in-person across 20+ cities. Britemy tutors are TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certified, selected and matched by our team based on your age, CEFR level, and learning goals.
Payment
Lesson fees are agreed upfront, calculated per session or per package depending on the program. There is no registration fee. Fee details are provided transparently during the initial WhatsApp consultation.
Tutor rematch
If the tutor is not a good fit after 2 to 3 sessions, you can request a tutor rematch at no extra cost. Finding and matching a replacement tutor typically takes 1 to 4 working days. We maintain tutor-student fit from the start through a careful matching process.
Reschedule and cancellation
Session reschedules are flexible with at least 3 days notice before the scheduled time, at no extra cost. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) count as a used session out of fairness to the tutor who has prepared the material.
Guarantee limits
We commit to lesson process quality: personal tutor matching, CEFR-aligned curriculum, 45-60 minute 1-on-1 sessions, and periodic CEFR review every 4 weeks. Language ability outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond our control (self-practice frequency, attendance consistency, motivation), so we do not promise a specific fluency level within a specific time or guarantee a native accent.
